Customers will be charged 6,000 won for shipping costs for exchanges and returns due to simple change of mind, errors caused by incorrect information when filling out orders, absence or inaccessibility of the recipient. (There will be shipping charges for free shipping products as well because we pays initial shipping costs) However, in the case of exchange or return due to our negligence (damage of goods, defect, misdelivery or non-delivery, etc.), shipping charges incurred for the exchange and return of such items will be paid by us.

* Simple change of mind after opening the product. * 7 days have passed since the product was received. * If the product is lost or damaged due to customer’s negligence and responsibility * If the value of the product has significantly decreased by use of the product * If the value of the product has significantly decreased over time enough to make it difficult to resell. * If it’s possible to replicate the goods, or if the original packaging is damaged. * If customer has been indicated that exchange or return is restricted for the particular product.
